Qingdao Hengsheng Automobile Co., Ltd. was established on August 9, 2006, in the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao. Since its inception, the company has adhered to the business philosophy of "Integrity, Professionalism, Efficiency, and Win-Win Cooperation," and has been committed to providing high-quality automobile sales and related services. It has quickly emerged as a prominent player in the automotive sales industry.

The company operates under a group structure with several subsidiaries, including Qingdao Liao Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., Rizhao Anchi Motor Vehicle Inspection Co., Ltd., Qingdao Hongchuan Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., Qingdao Shengwantong International Logistics Co., Ltd., Qingdao Qunlin Environmental Protection Special Vehicles Co., Ltd., and Qingdao Baileyun IoT Technology Co., Ltd.. Together, they form a large-scale comprehensive group engaged in a wide range of services including automobile sales (including used car sales), used car export, vehicle maintenance, vehicle inspection, auto finance, insurance agency, and international logistics.

The company focuses on the sales of Foton vehicles, covering multiple popular series under the Foton brand. From economical and practical light-duty trucks that meet the needs of urban logistics and individual transportation, to powerful and high-load-capacity heavy-duty trucks ideal for large-scale construction projects and long-distance cargo transport; from comfortable and convenient multifunctional commercial vehicles for business commutes and receptions, to energy-saving and environmentally friendly new energy vehicles that align with the trend of green mobility—Hengsheng offers a wide range of models to meet the diverse needs of its customers.

After 17 years of dedicated development, the company now employs nearly 200 people. In 2021, to expand its global presence, the company established FOTON FORLAND GROUP in Kazakhstan. It has since become the exclusive official authorized dealer of Foton's Forland series in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan. The professional vehicle export team has grown to 35 members, with a strong presence in Russia, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia.
