    At the beginning of the press conference, Chang Rui, the chairman of Foton Motor, delivered a speech.    Subsequently, Wang Shuhai, the deputy general manager of Foton Motor, delved into the current industry situation and user demands, thoroughly explaining the original intention and value proposition of the "Starry Sky" project. He pointed out that current light truck industry practitioners are facing severe challenges: operating costs are continuously rising, and profit margins are constantly shrinking. Each link of "people, vehicles, and goods" is under multiple pressures - drivers have to deal with high operating costs and intense workloads; the majority of the new energy transition solutions in the market are "oil-to-electric", which have exposed shortcomings such as poor comfort, range anxiety, and high energy consumption, and are unable to solve the root problems; even with the dual drive of policies and the market for promoting new energy development, the core pain points in the industry have still not been effectively resolved. 

Wang Shuhai further stated that transitional technologies are merely "temporary measures", and only a completely new development from scratch is the core essence of breaking through the industry's bottleneck.
