According to the sales data disclosed by Foton Motor, it sold over 650,000 vehicles throughout 2025, maintaining its leading position in the industry with an absolute advantage! Among them, it sold 101,000 new energy vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 87.2%, 165,000 vehicles overseas, a year-on-year increase of 7.2%, and 142,000 heavy-duty trucks, a year-on-year increase of 103.6%. Foton Motor's outstanding performance in 2025 contrasts sharply with the industry-wide trend of "stabilizing total volume and structural differentiation". Foton Motor not only consolidated its base but also achieved explosive growth in the two growth poles of new energy and overseas markets.

In the world of commercial vehicles where every penny needs to be earned back from fuel costs, tolls, and maintenance bills, the power of traffic and the influence of internet celebrities are weak. In 2025, Foton Motor clearly demonstrated that doing well in technological innovation and full-cycle services is the best marketing for products. 

In the early stage of the new energy transition of commercial vehicles, "oil-to-electric" was a common low-cost shortcut chosen by the industry. This approach of "grafting" the three electric systems onto the chassis of traditional fuel vehicles could quickly bring products to market, but it could never solve the inherent defects such as short range, high energy consumption and cramped space. 

In July 2025, Foton Motor released the Qimingxing dedicated platform for pure electric light-duty trucks. As the world's first dedicated platform for pure electric light-duty trucks developed by Foton Motor with an investment of 1.7 billion yuan, this platform is not just a patchwork of existing products, but a complete reconfiguration of the four major architectures: human-machine engineering, electronic and electrical systems, chassis, and drive.

The products of the Fudan Qimingxing platform adopt an industry-leading electric control system of MTCU + SiC + oil-cooled flat wire motor, which improves the overall efficiency by 3%. For the Kawan BEACON, Foton Motors launched the "Lighthouse Partner Program", inviting 100 heavy-duty truck opinion leaders to conduct on-site operations for a period of six months.
